The foundation founders
Founders of “Fonden Sol og Strand ved Margit og Kjeld”” 2019. Sol og Strand Feriehusudlejning A/S board members. Margit Andersen is a qualified correspondent and her professional experience includes a number of years working at UNICEF – the UN’s organisation aimed at improving children's lives, and working at the European Commission's headquarters in Brussels. Kjeld Andersen is a qualified agricultural consultant and his professional experience includes working at the Centre for Agriculture in Aarhus, run by “Landboorganisationer” (rural development organisation). The couple established Sol og Strand Feriehusudlejning A/S in 1979 and today it is one of the largest holiday home rental agencies in Denmark. Kjeld Andersen has indirect ownership of Sol og Strand Feriehusudlejning A/S, owning 13 percent.

Previously employed at The Courts of Denmark and appointed High Court judge at the High Court of Western Denmark, Viborg.

Previously employed as a director at Fårup Sommerland and previously director at a number of companies involved in the entrainment industry, including Sandrew Metronome, MBO Group and CMC. Has extensive Danish and international experience and networks. Member of the board of Dansk Kyst- og Naturturisme, Partnerskab for Vestkystturisme, and Sol og Strand Feriehusudlejning A/S. Also member of the Danish Chamber of Commerce committee for tourism. Graduated from Arhus School of Business with an MSc in Economics & Business Administration and board chairman of Board Governance. Per Dam has indirect ownership of Sol og Strand Feriehusudlejning A/S, owning 8 percent.

Sisse Fisker

Member of the board of foundation “Fonden Sol og Strand ved Margit og Kjeld” since its establishment in 2019. Writer, speaker, founder and director of SMILfonden, which works to create strong communities and improve quality of life for families with serious ill children and young people. Sisse Fisker established SMILfonden in 2014. Her previous positions included working as a studio host for the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR). She graduated from Hjørring Gymnasium upper secondary school in 1995 and gained an Academy Profession degree in Communication in 2000.
